Abstract

The spray Pyrolyser experimental set-up has been automated for large scale production of nano metal oxides from naturally available resources. The independent operation of spray set-up has promoted cost effective nanotechnology in industries. The present system operates continuously to produce mass quantity of nano powder with controlled particle size and morphology. The stoichiometric compositions of precursor and operational parameters have been controlled. The proposed experimental set-up can be efficiently used for commercial production of diffent nano metal oxides in continuous manner. Industrial application testing of nano metal oxides developed employing the above method is under progress.
