The Efficient Use of Databases for Protein Structure Determination

Meenakshi Mittal, Shailendra Singh, Dr. Amardeep Singh

Abstract

Proteins are responsible for almost all the important tasks within living systems. The prediction of protein secondary structure from primary sequence is one of the most important unsolved problems in molecular biology. In this paper we have explained various protein databases and also explained that how efficiently the data can be stored and retrieved from these databases.

Keywords
