Diagnosing Psoriasis Using GLCM and ANFIS

Abstract


The aim of this research is to develop an intelligent decision supporting system for diagnosing and treatment tracking of chronic immune mediated skin disease Psoriasis. The texture and color feature of skin are extracted using GLCM to increase the accuracy of images. Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System classifies the data as affected skin type or otherwise. The KNN algorithm clusters the treatment data for further analysis and decision making.
