Abstract

The world we live in is undergoing rapid change. One of the main drivers is digital transformation, the subject of the 21st century is technology. Two shocking news over the past decade are Bitcoin-Pitosin and the underlying technology of blockchain. It is used not only in cryptocurrency, but also in various fields around the world. One of them is agriculture and food supply. This report focuses on the role of blockchain technology in the agriculture and food supply chain and introduces ongoing initiatives, blockchain solutions, challenges and accessibility. There are many projects and initiatives on a variety of food and food related issues, but so far there are still many obstacles and challenges.
