FLC Controller for Automotive Suspension System Using VHDL Modeling Methodology

M.K. Thakare, K.K. Jajulwar

Abstract

This paper presents a modelling methodology for the vibration isolation seating system with Fuzzy logic controller. In contrast to conventional controllers, which are designed based on well defined mathematical models, fuzzy logic control (FLC) utilizes linguistic descriptions about the behaviour of the system. It is describe and stimulated in VHDL .Fuzzy Logic control algorithms for the actuator are implemented and their efficiencies are investigated by subjecting the system to a number of stimuli.
