Abstract

Nowadays, even in small industry there is a need to measure and control the level of the tank along with the flow rate at input and output valves. In these industries measurement should be more accurate especially in food industry. Due to presence of analog flowmeter for measurement the accuracy level of the tank is less. So the necessity of the project is to digitalize the flow rate of valves for accurate measurements. Digitalization is done using an android application, by which the of the flow rate can be adjusted, and the tank level can be monitored and control. We can also store the previous level of the tank and monitor it using this application.
