A. Karthikeyakumar, D.S. Purushothaman

Abstract

This paper is aimed for comparative analysis of thirteen level Cascaded H-Bridge Multilevel Inverter (CHBMLI) fed three phase Induction motor for industrial applications. The Three phase CHBMLI consists of twelve switches per phase, totally thirty six switches to achieve thirteen levels. This project deals detailed analysis of thirteen level CHBMLI with PID, FUZZY and ANFIS controllers. During open loop and closed loop study this work is intended to compare the performance of the controllers for two different speeds of three phase Induction motor. The simulation is carried out using MATLAB/SIMULINK and harmonic results were taken for various speeds of Induction motor.
