

Developing Interactive Online Submission Platform
Abstract
Online Submission System allows articles to be submitted via the internet. We have brought a new approach to optimize peer review process and have integrated it to online submission system. Nowadays many of the e-journals use online submission and peer review systems as it may bring a number of advantages to authors, reviewers, editorial staff and the publishing process in general. The main objective of Online Submission System project is to enable users to submit their manuscript, or carry out a review on an assigned manuscript, over the Internet and in a effective and cooperative way. It has been designed an automatic and interactive submission process in the developed system. In this article online submission processes will be explained in detail and then it will be developed a database and software system based on customer needs.
