Automatic Node Network Interface Using RF Module with Time Synchronization Technique

T. Anandkumar, Dr. M. Vijayakumar

Abstract

In this paper, a low-power consumption remote Machinery Data accessing system developed by applying WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) is presented. [1] WSN node will collect the data from the machinery or home appliance and sent to the Server through wireless. The hardware of this system includes the single chip Atmega328, wireless receiving and sending chip NRF24L01 as well as the W5100 module for the server. The system software developed in C, Java and HTML language has the ability of collecting the data. Wireless sensor receives and sends the data such that Electricity consumption, Running Hours, Production, Fault and Maintenance details in Industries. Power quality issues such that Sag, Swell, Harmonics etc. are monitored. H2H and M2M communication can be performed. For security reason it sends a notification to the user’s smart phone when some dangerous condition has been detected in that Industry or home.
