Manjusha Namewar, Sanket Patil, Swapnil Shisode, Ganesh Sumbe

Abstract

Driver behavior monitoring is needed to prevent accidents. Accidents can occur due to driver’s fatigue nature, driver’s distracted state, inappropriate speed etc. So, it is essential to inform the driver when they are in disturbed state. As per the survey conducted by National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, more than one lakh accidents occur in a year which results in deaths. To avoid this, it is necessary to implement this which will inform driver before some undesirable happening. Not only for the avoidance purpose but also if something undesirable happens then in that case tracking system is implemented along with the behavior monitoring system using wireless technology. The tracking system is used to tack the location so that proper actions can be done at correct times.
