Abstract

In the present scenario medical applications with the help of modern technology data mining techniques has become quite significant. Decision tree is one of the classification techniques useful to produce accurate advices to the required end users. The proposed work is confined to classify “Thyroid Disease Data Set”. Decision tree classification anticipates thyroid diseases. These classification technique usually diagnose the thyroid patients using training set (Thyroid Disease Data set). Further the patient queue to thyroid expert such as endocrinologist can also be reduced with the help of proposed technique.

Keywords
