Wireless Power Transmission Using Space Based Solar Power Using Neutrino Beam
Abstract
Space based solar power is an concept of collecting solar power in space using a satellite power system for use on earth Solar radiation can be more efficiently collected in space, where it is roughly three times stronger than on the surface of the Earth and it can be collected 24 hours per day. Satellite with solar panel convert light energy into electricity can be put in to orbit. The idea is that a satellite be equipped with neutrino, so that the electrical energy from the solar panels can be converted into a neutrino beams. Then the neutrino beam can be directed to antennas on the surface of the earth, which would convert the neutrino back to electrical energy. Space solar power shows great promise for future energy sources worldwide, most central power stations operate with power capacity of 1000MW or greater.
