Abstract

Conventional  programming is usually considered for software Engineering Projects . When the Software Engineeering projects are developed for large applications, the conventional programming is not sufficient because the Projects involve large number of individual components. In this paper, Object-oriented technology is discussed  for Object-Oriented Software Engineering  and Object-Oriented Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Programming Languages are discussed .   Java and Perl are discussed  for  Object-Oriented Programming. The features of Java and Perl and the comparison between them are discussed in this paper
