- What are the acceptable formats for submitting
graphics for my paper?
CiiT accepts Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF files
for graphics submission. High-resolution JPGs are
acceptable for author photos only (we also continue
to accept Postscript, EPS, and TIFF). As part of
the production process, all grayscale figures and
line art are converted to TIFF format.
- Publication Fee: There is no
fee for publication. Authors should understand that
there are many occurring publishing expenses per
journal page associated with manuscript processing,
web-hosting, and archiving. However authors pay
no publication fees as well as the costs of any
color figure/illustration in a print edition to
CiiT whatsoever, therefore, publisher is doing all
services to authors free of costs, hence, publisher
is not obligated to provide any hard/softcopies
of journal issue and/or research article to anyone
whatsoever. Authors may download pdf file of their
published papers from website after paying fractional
costs. If authors require a hardcopy of the journal
issue having their research articles then authors
may also purchase hardcopies of the journal issue
or subscribe to the journal by contacting the publisher.
No free hard/softcopies of journal issue and/or
research article are provided. CiiT highly appreciate
for author's kind understanding and support.
- Reprint Charges: Coimbatore Institute
of Information Technology provides authors and co-authors
an opportunity to purchase reprints of their articles
published in our Journals. When ordering black and
white reprints, all pages must be printed in black
and white; therefore any pages containing color
will have to be converted. Reprint charges based
on number of pages is given below.
